Tosan Ahn Chang-ho, the people's leader who bravely fought against the Japanese during Japan's occupation of Korea, and his wife are buried in this park. In 1988, a memorial hall was built in his honor, displaying pictures and documents related to his life. The commemoration marked the 120th anniversary of Mr. Ahn's birth. Many people come here to take pictures and enjoy the serene atmosphere created by the monument and its surroundings.
