Description

In this workshop which opened in 1991 they make good quality cakes to suit all tastes. The cakes to highlight are lemon cakes, amaretto cakes, yoghurt and apple cakes, chocolate and hazelnut cakes, the 'tatin' and the 'napoletane', shortbread, plum cakes and raisan muffins.

They also sell various quiches, including artichoke, spinach, and roquefort flavours. There is a good choice of flavoured oils, and wine to accompany sweet or savoury food. The classic Piedmontese wines dominate the range, but they also have less common wines such as strawberry Sangiovese and 'vino alle Visciole' to serve with cakes and biscuits. For Christmas they have extra products like salmon quiche, and 'schwartplentortten' with blueberries.
