Description
Pedal boats, black swans and the famous 'Pop-eye' cruise-boat are classic picture postcard poses of Adelaide's Torrens Lake. Many of the city's landmarks can be seen on the boat cruise--as can a number of mouth-watering restaurants along the lake shore. The lake is skirted by restful parkland, including Elder Park, famous for its 1882 rotunda.
