Description
The smallish historical park on the former country estate 'Petrovskoe-Razumovskoe' is 320 years old. The regular layout, including an alley of lime-trees planted over two centuries ago and spotted with the statues of Greek and Roman gods, dates back to the eighteenth century.
An alley of century-old larch and lime trees runs through the center of the park. Also there are scattered spruce and a host of other exotic plants. The park's territory is divided into two parts: research-educational (which includes the territory of botanical gardens) and a buffer zone (a recreational area referred to as the 'Academic Ponds').
