This is probably Manchester's best known cheese shop - it has supplied some of the best pubs and restaurants in the city for a number of years. The range is simply amazing, taking in everything from traditional unpasteurised Farmhouse Lancashire to rare French goat's cheeses. The shop also stocks a good range of hand-made Belgian pâtés, coffee, salami, olives and port - all impeccably displayed.
