Description
This is Israel's biggest and first marina and is home to some 400 yachts. Many people live on board their boats here. The grounds include the Octopus Diving Centre, boat repair facilities, the Yam Sailing School and more. Non-members must pay a small fee to enter. It's a pleasant place to sit and to enjoy a coffee or salad at BIX, the marina's restaurant. There is a noticeboard detailing boats for sail and where travellers can post a notice if they wish to work on board a yacht.
