Each year the week before Easter is filled with celebrations. Cabo is one of the resort areas favored by Mexicans traveling on holiday Mexicans and it offers daily parades, music and evening (around 6pm-7pm) staged performances held at the town square. Participants include not only the locals but many of the vacationing nationals, too. Join in or stand street-side during the many processions of crucifix and palm branch carriers in celebration of the Easter holiday. Most businesses close from Wednesday afternoon of this week through Easter Sunday.
