One of the unique things about this ship is how the captain blows on a conch shell to announce the boat's departure. We were told he is the only ship's captain in Key West to follow this time honored tradition.
Passengers are also allowed to help lend a hand to the crew in raising the sails and even taking the helm to steer this beautiful old ship.
Live musicians play old sea shanty's as well as some well known favorites (Is that a Buffett tune I just heard?) and complimentary beer, wine and champagne, as well as soft drinks, are served to toast the setting sun.
