Sayukshin Park

Description

This special historic park honors six loyal subjects who lost their lives in a valiant struggle after the King's uncle forcefully took power in 1455. You can visit their tombs in a hexagonal monument, a steeple or a Confucian school--all built in their honor. Both tourists and locals alike admire the fine architecture of the monument. This small park is a pleasant place to relax and also experience a small part of Korea's history. Admission is free.
