Established more than 40 years ago by a Chinese immigrant, this is the oldest dried fruit factory in Chiang Mai province. It sells and exports a variety of dried fruits, including peaches, garlic, plums and the vast variety of locally available fruits. Chinese fruit preservation methods have been applied to the wide diversity of fruits in Thailand to create this successful business.
