Description
Sponsored by the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, this is the largest arts and crafts fair on the south coast. Featuring folkloric shows, typical Puerto Rican food and a children's troubadour (folk music) contest, this three-day annual event draws hundreds of visitors. Ponce is Puerto Rico's second largest city, 70 miles from San Juan and only about an hour-and-a-half drive. Admission is free.
