Description
Foretelling the coming Christmas holiday, this event offers daily processions that are reenactments of Mary and Joseph's search for a room on the eve of Jesus' birth. A couple dressed in costumes, followed by musicians, will trudge down the streets with a procession of children who race to each door to see if there is room for the travelers. The procession will end at the town square, where a life-sized Nativity scene awaits them. Along the route are hundreds of poinsettias (nochebuena flowers) and pinatas. Free admission.
