One hour from Wellington, you can be serenely flying over the snow-capped mountains and the scenic countryside of the Wairarapa District in a hot air balloon.
A fully qualified pilot offers daily flights in balloons of various sizes, catering for two to 20 people. Flights take one hour but two to three hours should be allowed for the whole ballooning experience, which includes a barbecue champagne style breakfast. Company, VIP and wedding flights are especially catered for.
