There are several special exhibits this summer.
Naga, the largest Komodo dragon in North America, is visiting from the Cincinnati Zoo. He is a monstrous 9½ feet long and weighs more than 200 pounds!
The Wallaby Walkabout features nearly twenty wallabies in a barrier-free habitat where guests can mingle side-by-side with these playful marsupials.
We were able to see all the animals and exhibits in 4 hours. We did not have children with us, so I'd allow more time if visiting the zoo with children.

Zoo exhibits provide terrific views of such animals as lions, tigers, elephants, bears, and other creatures. Visitors with even modest telephoto lens can make images that look like they were taken in the wild.
