One spoon of their Ferraro Rocher ice cream and you will be in food heaven. The ice cream here is beyond comparison. It is all made on the premises, with full cream milk and natural ingredients (no syrups or artificial flavourings). The ice cream looks like dessert as it is beautifully displayed in creamy piles, with decorations on top. For example, the chocolate flake ice cream will be decorated with a mound of chocolate flakes.

The friendly staff (who are as cheery as the gelateria walls are yellow) are happy to let you sample different flavours before you choose. With 28 ice creams to choose from, the decision-making process could take a while. Some only-in-Israel flavours include bamba (this is a children's peanut butter and corn snack), krembo (this is a chocolate with an airy marshmallow inside) and halva (a sweet made from ground sesame). For something a little more familiar there are umpteen chocolate variations, sugar free ice creams and fruit and nut based varieties, such as pistachio, carrot and apple and coconut.
