Description
On the third Saturday of every month, the Old Hagatna Grill hosts its 'Wine Dinner' with a special thematic menu and wines selected to complement each course. Themes of the dinners (which typically include four courses) range from German beer and (German-inspired) food to South Seas seafood and delicacies. The event gives Chef Aguon creative liberty not possible on the regular restaurant menu, and moments of rare culinary harmony can be expected. The fixed price is USD65 per person, gratuity extra. Reservations are required.
