Description
The National Center for Disabled Persons (NCDP) is a Cambodian organization dedicated to giving people with disabilities access to rehabilitation services, training and emloyment opportunities. To this end, the NCDP has set up a handcrafts store which provides an outlet for a wide range of quality handcrafts made by disabled people. In the same building, a turn of the century villa donated to the organisation by the government, is a cafe/restaurant and an office of Seeing Hands Massage.
