Description
This small space—across the street from Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts—houses works from the museum's superb collection of paintings, quilts, woodcarvings, tinware and other American, Mexican and Native American folk art objects. The space can only contain part of the museum's works at any one time, but construction is underway on a full-fledged building for the whole collection. For now, call ahead to find out what the current show highlights. Admission is free.
