A half day walk around the center of the city -- the Pantheon, the Jewish ghetto, fountains, obelisks, and lots of churches. There is a lot of art and history on this tour, a little off the beaten path (not the 'biggies' like the Vatican and the Colosseum). But absolutely fascinating! As with all Scala Reale tours, the groups are limited to 6 people, so you gets lots of attention from your guide (ours was an ecclesiastical scholar; others are art historians, architects...) The one non-family member of our tour commented favorably on the behavior of my teenage sons -- the compliment should really go to Scala Reale for guides who kept us all fascinated! Can't say enough good about their tours.
