Description

It is free to take part in all the events organised by Monte Sole Bike Group. The whole point of this group is just to go out and have fun together, and too much competition is frowned upon.

The group organises excursions which vary in difficulty and length. The excursions are always supervised by Monte Sole Bike Group Volunteers. The various excursions include:

- The 'Via del Mare', from Bologna to Ravenna along B roads, paths, river banks, and past untouched oasis.

- Breanta between Padua and Venice. This is a 75km route along a splendid bike path.

The group also organises 'Bimbinbici' on the national FIAB children's day, this involves road safety and the children's often denied right of travelling by bike.

It is possible to become a member of the group for a very small annual fee.
