Disappointment with the Quality

Unfortunately I cannot say that I had the best expereince when I shopped at Millers. During my visit, getting assistance was like pulling teeth, there was a noticable lack of professionalism, and the merchandise was sub standard. I purchased a pair of hiking boots and was given the impression they were quality boots. Now, not 2.5 months later they are falling apart - and that is with extreme care being taken with them. I must warn all shoppers to beware and consider looking elsewhere if you want a positive experience and quality products.
