This isn’t a shopping mall. It’s a promenade-—the center of Jerusalem’s
nightlife and a major tourist trap. But you can’t not go. I can't decide whether all the off-duty soldiers carrying automatic weapons around makes me feel safer or less safe. In any case, it's a good place to get some trinkets, dessert, or just to people watch.
