I have ventured on many such tours but this was by far, the best. No wonder it was Frommer's favorite in 1996, 1997, and 1998.
They offer NO phony gimmicks, like rubber snakes, vampires, drunken "guides" in shabby costumes, etc. This tour explores the legacy of death, suffering, decadence, mysticism, voodoo, and vampirism in America's most haunted city without tacky commmercialism.
