The museum was awesome. It was cool how they had sculpted these famous people out of clay. They looked so real. We took pictures and you couldn't even tell they were clay.

Madame Tussaud's Celebrity Encounter

Talk about real looking. My first trip into this museum, I honestly thought one of these wax figures were going to move or pop out at me. I thought that somewhere in this museum they were going to pull a trick on the customers. Luckily, they didn't for my sake.

These "wax people" are made to the same height as the real celebrities. These figures had so many intricate details on them, they are really quite astonishing. The museum showed some of the behind-the-scenes work that went into making these celebrities and the items they used in order to make them look so lifelike. The neatest part about this museum is that you can touch these wax celebrities and get your picture taken with them. In Vegas not many places that you pay to get into will let you take pictures, so this option was nice. I brought back vacation pictures with Brad Pitt and me standing next to each other, and I was surprised at how many people in my office  were fooled.

I would definitely go back again, as they switch out the people out quite often and put different wax figures in. You can also visit their website to find out what the celebrity lineup is. See http://www.venetian.com/attractions/madame_tussauds.cfm.

This museum is amazing. Not only are the statues lifelike, but they are interactive--you can pose for pictures with them, making this a unique experience. This is a must-see.

Madame Tussand's Wax Museum

After all the excitement from Thunder from Down Under, we decided to travel more along the beaten path, and visited Madame Tussand's Wax Museum. We really weren't sure about going to the museum, but it ended up being one of the best attractions we attended while in Vegas. Not only were the wax figures amazing pieces of art, but also they were very fun! We were able to touch the figures, and even got our pictures made with them. There were several props set along with most of the figures (like cowboy hats with John Wayne, a basketball and goal with Shaq, and golf clubs with Tiger Woods), that we were able to use in the pictures we took. The figures were also designed as if frozen while performing a specific action, such as Elvis, who was signing an autograph, and Tiger Woods, who was lining up a putt. The pictures were very fun and allowed us to use our creative sides as we posed as if the figures were real and we were with them. Overall, this is a fun experience for all ages. I definitely recommend visiting Madame Tussond and all of her wax celebrities!

Madame Tussauds is great! You can interact with the wax figures. You can play gold with Tiger Woods and shoot hoops with Shaq. Don't forget your camera! The pictures look great!
