We brought our own gear and just jumped in from the beach. It was some of the best snorkeling I've done. Go out into the middle of the Bay. The reef is shallow, the water calm, no boats, and no people, because they all stick in close to the side of the bay. To the side, there is not a whole lot to see. Small fish, etc., are not really exciting, but there's great visibility. Out in the middle, where no one goes, is absolutely fantastic. Great coral, big fish, super visibility. The reef has got trails in it where you can just kick back, relax, and follow the fish around.
