Description

This is an exclusive bakery chain, with branches scattered around Tel Aviv and in other affluent areas of the country. There is a large range of speciality breads, including health bread, rye, pumpernickel and ciabatta, to name just a few. The front counter contains baskets of rolls in different shapes, made with all sorts of grains.

Cakes, biscuits and Danish pastries are for sale along with the Israeli specialities of rugelah (a chocolate pastry) and bourekas (puff pastry stuffed with savoury fillings such as cheese, spinach or potato). The NIS 7 sandwiches on crusty Italian bread are highly recommended.
