Na Pali Boat Cruise on Blue Dolphin

We enjoyed a catamaran tour of the stunning NaPali coast. Blue Dolphin charter's 5-hour deluxe tour included a continental breakfast with juice and delicious cinnamon rolls.

Then we set sail up the coast until stopping for snorkeling and scuba diving (extra cost for scuba) with very attentive instructors. They guarantee seeing dolphins and we weren't disappointed. The dolphins followed the boat for quite awhile, enjoying the spotlight. There was plenty of juice, soda, beer, and Mai Tais for the return trip.

The staff was very knowledgeable about the coast, and pointed out many interesting sights. I would highly recommend taking bonine tablets for motion sickness, as the water was a bit rough at times and we moved at a good clip.

This tour was a definite highlight to our trip.

Na Pali Boat Cruise on Blue Dolphin

We've sailed with Blue Dolphin twice and it's a lot of fun. The morning Na Pali trip is beautiful, with the sun streaming through the mist. I think the whales are more active in the afternoon though (Dec-March). The sunset trip is also very nice. The snorkeling spot they took us too wasn't good--it was too cloudy and there weren't a lot of fish—and I wouldn't pay extra for the dive.
