A wonderful activity. Paddle up the Hanalei River about a mile. Turn around and head out onto Hanalei Bay. There you will be visited by green sea turtles and possibly dolphins. Turn towards the east and head over to Hideaway Beach, about another half mile. Land on the beach and snorkel the crystal-clear waters until it is time for lunch. After a brief rest you head home. Makes for a great day. Save yourself some money and visit their booth at the Chin Yong Marketplace. Tell them the "Kai Kane" guy sent you. You will receive information about the island, its mountains and rivers. Overal,l a great bargain for your money. Tell Goldie hello for me.
