'Seniors' Safari and Kilimanjaro in Tanzania

Recently I was very pleasantly surprised by the reception I was so graciously given by the tour company I had decided on.
I am nearly 70 years old, and to be quite truthful, I was not sure I would be able to accomplish some of the activities I had planned.
A friend, had told me about the Tanganyika Ancient Routes Tour company, and how helpful they had been. Not only with him, but with some of the older clients as well. He said time was given and advise most helpful to all in the party who were having any difficulty. No one was left behind, nor made to feel that they in any way were hindering the enjoyment of the others.
Our group consisted of 10 'seniors', plus two people in their 50's.
We spent 10 days on safari in the northern parks of Tanzania and all the wonderful sights and sounds it had to offer.
After a day of needed rest we headed back to Arusha and toward Mt. Kilimanjaro for our 9 day 'trek to the top'. As before on safari, our reception was extraordinary and all our guides were wonderful in their help 'getting us to the top'. It was a wonderful experience never to be forgotten.
When I return home I shall tell many of my friends how helpful, nice and professional my tour was. I want to thank all those at Tanganyika Ancient Routes what a pleasure it was to find such understanding people of us 'older seniors'.
