Just returned from a Manatee swim with Native Vacations in the Crystal River. Traci and Penny were great!
Traci's love of manatees, as well as her knowledge about them and the area really made this a fantastic experience... well, that and the fact that we got to see, and interact with several manatees!
Our tour was small, just our group of three and another couple. Tracy took us to 3 spots, and we were able to see manatees close up in all spots. Several came right up to us! The trip was about 3 1/2 hours, and the cost was $55/person including the wetsuit and snorkel.
We saw lots of other mantee tour boats on our trip and all of the boats had 12-15 people... far too many for the individual attention we got. Traci is awesome at spotting out manatees and told us their location as they were approaching us in the water.
I would recommend this experience to anyone who loves manatees.
We will be back!
