The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center is named after the former long time mayor of Rosemont. It is the second largest convention center in the Chicago area. It is located just 3 miles and 7 minutes from O'Hare Field. The center has 6 expo halls ...

The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center is named after the former long time mayor of Rosemont. It is the second largest convention center in the Chicago area. It is located just 3 miles and 7 minutes from O'Hare Field. The center has 6 expo halls and the adjoining conference center has 50 meeting rooms. The main restaurant for the convention center is the Expoteria. There are many hotels surrounding the center and some of them are connected to the convention by an enclosed walkway. Parking is available directly across the street of the convention center. Cheaper parking is available two blocks north of the center. This parking is located at the CTA "L" train station (Rosemont) and the Pace bus terminal. The "L" train goes to O'Hare and also travels to downtown Chicago. The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center has over a million visitors each year.
