As houses get smaller and guest lists get larger, throwing a kids' birthday party & keeping your sanity gets harder. If you're tired of the gym, the park and the restaurant circuit, consider going to the Pizza Farm at Crumland.

What's a pizza farm? You pretty much have to see it to believe it, but visiting www.crumland.com is a close second. In addition to this cute attraction, they also have a giant slide, mini-barnyard, hay jump, hay rides, MooChoo train, pedal carts, giant trikes & more. You can order food delivered when you want it, and eat it in a covered pavilion. You have to order Crumland's food (made fresh locally by Mamma Lucia's), but you can bring your own cake. Everything else is either provided, or available for an additional charge-- you can even buy edible cones of animal food for the kids to feed to the goats & llamas for $1/ea-- what a great party favor!

Tours of the Pizza Farm are available by appointment ONLY for groups of 20 or more-- some restrictions apply, so be SURE to visit the web site or call the farm prior to visiting.

It's important to remember that this isn't a slick theme park atmosphere. This is a real working farm that opens its gates for children (and adults) to visit a world that's fast disappearing... it's worth the trip!
