Wilkin River Jets offers some serious jet-boating. The scenery is amazing and the ride is thrilling. A word of warning, though, the backseat diagonally opposite the driver is the wet seat. No-one told me that when we jumped in, and I got drenched on several occasions. This, however, in no way impaired my overall enjoyment. If anything it made the ride all the more memorable.
The ride cost us $52 each for 50 minutes out on the river; a much better deal than the 20-minute ride available in Queenstown.
