A delightful twist on the usual wine tasting - this was a schnapps tasting. The staff provided complementary mixed schnapps (chocolate and butterscotch, chocolate and mint, etc.) for the tasting along with some commentary on how the schnapps is made. A very nice change of pace from the wineries in the area. It's too bad that they don't ship to the US...
