We've never been in a submarine. This was a lifetime experience for us. It was so cool. Grand Cayman is a beautiful place to visit. The beaches are clean, and the water is absolutely clean and a pure aqua blue. When the sub finally went underwater, it was nice to see the fish and the ocean life. We were surprised to see lots of fish and a few turtles. The scariest part of the tour was when it looked like we crossed a trench. Other than that, it was a great experience.

The Atlantis Submarine is a great tour. Don't be fooled by the pictures, though - no one we knew saw any fish, but the shipwreck and the grey fish we did see were neat. We went for the night dive, and the anticipation of going in the sub and going down were well worth the cost. At least we can say we were in a sub - FROM CANADA - and that we went under the ocean and saw the coral walls. The staff are very funny and friendly, lots of room on the sub to move around, and you can take photos, but ours did not turn out.
