Started in August 2003, it has become Cagayan de Oro's main attraction every weekend. The entire downtown park (Divisoria) is closed to vehicular traffic and streets are filled with food stalls selling grilled food and beer . On the other end, Muslim traders sell items from bags, shoes, and trinkets at bargain prices. Live bands entertains the crowd past midnight.
