This is one of my favorite places to shop—not just in Allentown, but in the world. It's a great little consignment store (meaning the clothes/items are second hand) but in my experience the quality of the items are almost always excellent.
The store is divided into two sections, vintage and contemporary. In the contemporary section you'll find sweaters, jeans, skirts, suits, evening gowns, and even purses, shoes and accessories. In the vintage section, you'll find an array of fun clothes including dresses/outfits from the 60s and 70s, fur coats, stoles, hats, gowns, and jewelry. My friend and I always enjoy putting on stoles made out of foxes and big floppy hats and giggling as we look in the mirror.
A few times a year, this store has bag sales. This means they'll put out a big pile of clothing in the vintage section. And whatever you can fit in a small plastic supermarket bag, you can have for $10. It's a fantastic deal—if you know how to make clothes really compact!
Shopping here is always a great experience, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they are as excited as you are when you find an item of clothing that is a great deal. Cash and credit cards are accepted , and the store is closed on Sundays.
