Apache Campground

You can go to the website and see pictures and a map of the campground. They have a guardhouse that closes the gate from 1am to 6am, so you are locked in during those hours. The facilities include: laundry, store, outdoor pool (good size), and lifeguard on weekends only. Pretty good-sized park, you can bring golf cart which costs $5 extra per night. We love to ride our cart.

Apache

We really enjoyed this trip. One of the best vacations we've had in a while. Eating, laying around, sleeping, drinking, and having a good time. It was very enjoyable. Be glad to do it all over again!

Part of the Apache Family Campground, the pier and neighboring surf offer excellent fishing spots. Family members caught blues and pompano. The pier is also great to walk as a spectator—we've seen sharks, porpoises, huge schools of jellyfish, skates, and plenty of fish (of course!).
