We were able to book a sail/snorkel trip with the concierge/sales rep. in the hotel. The company's building was right next door and beside the marina docks. We chose the sail/snorkel trip because of the large catamaran that promised smooth passage over choppy waters.

You could buy beer or sodas, but juice was provided free. We brought a bottle of rum along (plastic bottles only allowed on board) to spike the juice nicely and enjoyed our own booze cruise riding on the comfortable "trampolines" stretched between hulls.

The wind was blowing 20 knots and picking up and the captain and crew were indecisive about continuing the trip and polled the passengers. Since the majority wanted for forge ahead, they chose a snorkel location that wasn't too far away, but only some of us jumped in to enjoy the beautiful clear water and underwater sights. Surprisingly warm water for November! Because some of the folks in a group from Massachusetts got seasick, the crew opted to cut the trip short and return without sailing. So we really had half the trip we should have had, but to our surprise, we got a full refund.
