Ennis bus station is a 10-minute walk from Abbey Tourist Hostel. The return to Limerick is 11 Euro. In Limerick, King John’s Castle is interesting but being updated. Entrance fee is 7.50/4.50 Euro, adult/child. It gives the background of Limerick and the castle but is more designed for school-age children. Limerick has many shops and restaurants.

The “Angela’s Ashes” tour departs from the Tourist Information Centre and meets inside. The price is 8 Euro and requires three people minimum. It goes Monday through Saturday at 2:30pm and is 2 hours long.

The Limerick bus and train station is located centrally. Trains are indoors, buses are outside.
