Their trails are designed for appeal to varying ages and physical conditioning. They will gladly advise as to the appropriateness of their trails depending upon your individual abilities or concerns. The trails vary in length and difficulty; the green trail - takes about 15 minutes to walk, the red trail - spans almost 2 miles, includes all eight falls, and takes over 2 hours to hike. No matter which trail you choose, natural mountain plants, trees, and flowers cover the area. I actually had the pleasure of walking the two-hour trail (it also tired out the kids).
