Description
Take a stroll down Bridgetown's busy Broad Street. Whilst most tourist, business and shopping activities are located near the Wharf, the lower end is much more colorful. Heading east, you will see Da Costa's Colonnade in pink and white, the Mutual Building, a forest green structure capped by a silver dome, plus many restaurants, banks and shops. Heading east, just past the general post office, you will enter the local market district, where venders converge daily to hawk their wares. Notably, you can find fruits and vegetables, inexpensive household products and handicrafts for sale.
