It was nice to see the fancy stuff, but you can only gawk for so long before you need a drink. This is a good thing, as there are a couple of bars and restaurants mixed in with the high-end shops.

The shops are set in a Roman theme with Roman gods looking down on you whilst you shop, lots of fountains and statues, etc.
Some of the statues come to life at certain times to give entertaining shows and the room is made to look like sky, which changes from day to sunset to night as you walk along.
There are lots of different shops and restaurants to visit and all in all is one of the best shopping areas in Vegas.

Another great mall with more upscale shops is at the Venetian. Ann Taylor and Dooney & Bourke are here amidst the gondoliers and street performers.
Sunset and Stephanie have one of the best selections of everything anyone could need personal or home wise. Old Navy, DFW shoe warehouse, Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, Toys R Us, Organized Living, Lowe's, and Wild Oats (health food grocer) are all close together.
The Boulevard Mall is excellent for department stores in close proximity. A Gloria Jean's coffee store is here as is Disney, Robinson's May, Dillards, JW, Gap, Electronic Boutique, and Charlotte Rousse. Be prepared to dodge the teenager mall crawl crowd!

The Forum Shops is one big mall, essentially, but with specialty stores and the Vegas atmosphere. You feel as if you're shopping in Rome (to an extent) with the faux sky ceiling and various Roman architecture throughout.
From the budget conscious to the max-out-your-credit-cards-with-one-purchase, stores include Alfred Dunhill, Banana Republic, Bernini, Emporio Armani, Escada, Versace, Lalique and Salvatore Ferragamo.
I noticed many of the chain stores including Gap and the Disney Store seemed to have a larger selection than their middle America mall counterparts.
You can easily spend thousands of dollars in minutes at The Forum Shops so window shop first and then go back to buy!
