For a bookshop this size, the selection of English-language books is disappointingly limited. However, the shop is definitely worth earmarking for the city's most extensive range of international magazines and newspapers but make sure you have the right change early on in the day as they're notorious for not having a single coin in the till at opening time. A pretty good range of travel guides and international maps is available here. There is also a café and reading area, with a serene, library atmosphere.
