Description
Located in the northeastern part of Parque de La Carolina, El Sitio de los Dinosaurios is a project created by the local council as a contribution to the education of the city's children. It has an open-air interactive museum with life size models of different dinosaur species. The children will find factual information about their planet, as well as having access to computers with easy-to-use programs that they can use to gain more information.
Admission is one dollar, which is used to finance the maintenance of the place. There are usually school and college visits.
