Description: Cannes - an upscale beach town, is usually a lazy and slow place until the film festival descends on it. During the festival chaos reigns on La Croisette, (think Las Vegas strip). It's so crowed you can barely walk, impossible to find a taxi, or a cafe table. However, if you do find a table, it's a great place to people watch.
