Description
Running between the Avenida de Amizade and the Avenida de Dr. Rodrigo Rodrigues, this walled expanse of green is frequented by office workers looking for somewhere to get some fresh air, and anyone else in need of rest and relaxation. Shade is provided along tree-lined, cobbled paths and under overgrown pavilions featuring Chinese moon-gates, and refreshment is available from two small cafes with large shady umbrellas. There is a playground for kids to enjoy, and for anyone caught short, there are toilets at either end of the gardens.
