If it is a rare cognac you are looking for, or perhaps a Bordeaux, vintage 1927, to accompany that filet mignon you are cooking up, then this store in the basement of the Hotel Inter-Continental is the place to go. The atmosphere of this fine wine and liquor shop is musty and bottles of dusty liquor line the walls. The range in stock is not exhaustive, though very large by Phnom Penh standards. Special bottles can be imported on request.
