Description
Although the glorious city of Istanbul is surrounded on six fronts by picturesque-looking water, immersing your body anywhere near it is more likely to result in a consultation with a dermatologist than a pleasurable dip. The lower Bosphorus has become so polluted that swimming is prohibited. The upper Bosphorus, near Sariyer, is a bit cleaner but certainly not clear and treacherous currents sweep through here regularly. The outdoor pool is 20m (66ft). The fee includes use of the health club, hamam and sauna.
