We took our three-year-old grandson and he was basically too small, although he loved the children's play area and the whale and dolphin show. I think it would best to wait until he is over 6. Most of the smaller children were napping in their strollers.

The food is mediocre and the lines and service are immensely slow. The best place to eat is at the Busch Beer Pavilion.

We really had a good time here. The kids enjoyed all the animals and had a fantastic time in the splash zones (they HAD to sit there) at the dolphin and the killer-whale show. The coasters and the rides were a big hit with them as well. (Not with mom, though . . . I am a chicken!)

One hint for the Canadians: Seaworld offers tickets for Canadian $ at par . . . you can pick them up right at the gate. Bring your Canadian passport and ask until you find the window that knows about it. You can also arrange for the tickets here in Canada over the phone. This is also available for Universal Studios--but ONLY before you leave Canada and not at the gate.

We really liked our time at Sea World, and went back for a second time free, courtesy of Sea World, to ride the coasters and see the animals again.

Journey to Atlantis is the ultimate water adventure ride! You'll never know what's around the next corner or the next drop – even when it's 60 feet, nearly straight down. This ride combines the best parts of water rides and roller coasters.

Kraken is the rollercoaster, named after a legendary sea monster. Kraken, the monster of all roller coasters, is the tallest, fastest, longest and only floorless roller coaster in Orlando. It will take you to the heights of a 15-story building and turn you upside down seven times, all at speeds reaching 65 mph!

Your feet dangle as they sit on open-air, pedestal-like seats with nothing around them except shoulder restraints. There’s no one to hold on to, nothing in front of you and nothing below you– and only sky above.

This park is very educational and not so frantic as the others. Anyone who loves water and water creatures will love this park. One of the highlights is the Shamu show with the whales and dolphins doing their tricks. In the beergarten, there is a beer sampling event, for adults of course. The park is owned by Anheiser Busch, so you will also get to see the Clydesdales if you are lucky. Many exhibits of aquatic animals are found in this park.
